Guidelines and Cautions
This event is restricted to adults only. Entry is not permitted for individuals under the age of 19. ID checks will be conducted at the entrance.
The event venue will have professional photographers, journalists, and influencers (including YouTubers) capturing the event. By entering the venue, you consent to being filmed.
If you do not wish to be filmed, wearing a mask is mandatory.
This ticket is valid only for the date and time specified on the front and will not be reissued in case of loss or theft.
Entry is possible through the event venue's dedicated entrance.
Ticket cancellations are subject to a fee according to consumer protection laws.
Please keep your ticket safe from fire or moisture as it can be damaged.
Actions that disrupt the event (such as drinking, disturbances, violence, or loud behavior) will result in ejection and legal sanctions.
Bringing in food and beverages for personal consumption, including canned and glass bottles, is not allowed.
Tickets are non-refundable on the day of the event, and no refunds will be given for unused portions.
 
Ticket Collection Information
Tickets can be collected at the venue on the day of the event upon presenting your reservation number and ID for verification.
Please prepare your ID in advance for ticket collection.
 
Cancellation Policy
① No cancellation fee if canceled within 7 days after booking.
② Cancellation fees based on the proximity to the viewing date are as follows:
30% of the ticket price if canceled 9 to 7 days before the event.
40% of the ticket price if canceled 6 to 3 days before the event.
50% of the ticket price if canceled 2 to 1 day before the event.
Cancellations are not possible on the day of the event.
In cases where both ① and ② apply, ② takes precedence.
No cancellation fee if canceled before midnight on the day of booking (within the cancellation period).
 
Refund Information
For credit card payments:
Generally, the cancellation by our company is confirmed 4-5 days later by the credit card company (same for debit cards).
The method and timing of refund may vary depending on the cancellation time and the credit card company's refund policy. The original amount paid will be canceled, and any cancellation fees and shipping costs will be reauthorized to the same card used for payment.
 
For direct bank transfers:
Leave your refund bank account number at the time of cancellation, and the refund, minus any cancellation fees, will be processed to that account. It typically takes about 5-7 days for the deposit (excluding weekends).
Refunds can only be made to an account in the name of the person who booked the tickets. If the booker does not have an account, refunds can be made to a direct family member's account, provided that documentation proving the relationship is sent to Interpark Ticket's headquarters via fax or mail. (If family members other than the booker send the documentation, they are responsible for any issues that arise from the refund process.)
For mobile phone payments:
Cancellation is processed immediately after the request, and the ticket price, minus any cancellation fees and mobile payment fees, is refundable.
The original payment will be canceled, and cancellation fees will be reauthorized to the same payment details used (including shipping costs if the ticket was shipped).
Compensation for delayed refunds is subject to the Consumer Protection Law on Electronic Commerce, etc., and the Basic Consumer Act's standards for resolving consumer disputes (announced by the Fair Trade Commission). For related inquiries, please contact our customer service.
